• Send you notifications about calls and appointments
• Communicate with you about your account
• Train and improve our AI models (using anonymized data only)

Call Recordings

All calls handled by FirstRing are recorded for quality and training purposes. Callers are notified at the start of each call. Recordings are stored securely and retained for 90 days unless you request deletion.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate (hosting, SMS, etc.)
• When required by law

Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
