FirstRing provides AI-powered phone answering services for businesses. Our AI receptionist answers calls, books appointments, and sends notifications on your behalf.

2. Account Requirements

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime — service continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for missed calls due to outages or technical issues.

6. AI Limitations

Our AI is sophisticated but not perfect. It may occasionally misunderstand callers or provide incorrect information. You're responsible for reviewing call summaries and correcting any issues.

7. Termination

Either party can terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend your account for violations of these terms.

8. Liability

FirstRing is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
